Printer/Copier Job Assembly

Printer/Copier Job Assembly--The process of scanning multiple seperate physical documents into a single multipaged pdf that is subsquently sent to your email.

  1. After logging into the copier/printer with your Mobile Credentials TigerCard, click on the “Services Home” button
  2. From the Services Home screen, choose the email option
  3. Click on Job Assembly
  4. Click on Job Assembly Off...
  5. Then press On
  6. Lay your first document face down on the glass and press the green start button
  7. Continue to do this until all documents have been scanned, then press Submit Job. Your documents should be sent.
  8. It is always good practice to check your email account for an accurate scan before you leave library.
