Build an EBSCO permanent link:

1. Navigate to the desired link.
2. Click on Permalink in the list under the tools (to the right of the resource record).
   
3. Click on the Permalink url that appears above the resource record.
4. The url will highlight. Copy this link and use it as is.
5. Do not try to add any proxy links to it or use it in the link generator.
6. Note: The url can be taken from the top url bar in the browser now too. If unsure it is better to follow the instructions above.
