Textbook Rental Help
Textbook Rental Help
Textbook Rentals are not supported by the library. The best way to get help for textbook rental is to contact the University Bookstore where the items were purchased
Another good form of help is to contact the company (
VitalSource Bookshelf,
Pearson, or
McGraw Hill) directly.
Helpful Hints
- For some books published by Pearson, you will need to set up an account in Pearson in order to access your book from Bookshelf. If you purchased your book through the university bookstore you will first have to create an account in Bookshelf to attain a second access code.
- If you are logged into Pearson but can't click on "Reveal Code" try to go to the main menu and access your book from the mainscreen.
- For some books/software published by McGraw, you will need to set up an account in McGraw in order to access your book from Bookshelf. If you purchased your book through the university bookstore you will first have to create an account in Bookshelf to attain a second access code.
- If you aren't finding quick access try another browser or a different device. We have had the most success using a desktop computer for initial access.
- Some of the vendors do not allow you to be signed into two devices at one time. You may have to log off of one device or enter a code given.
