Usage tips:
- This is an inkjet printer and if the paper gets wet, the ink could run.
- The Poster Printer will generally be loaded with 24” 24lb bond paper (regular copy paper). See Informatics Service Assistant at Lower Level Service Desk if the media/paper needs to be changed.
- If your project is smaller than 11 x 17 please use the other printers for cost effectiveness. You are charged by the square foot of paper so you would be paying for extra paper.
- Photographs and heavily backgrounded pictures do not work well on lightweight paper, especially if you don’t let it dry flat.
This equipment was made possible by a generous donation given by Robert Norman Farley in memory of his wife, Irene Clerico Farley (’47).
