Password Issues

The password used to access library databases and eResources is referred to by IT as your "ONUnet password." This password is the same password used to log into My.Olivet and to University-owned computers on-campus. Your username must include your WHOLE email address. (e.g. username@olivet.edu)

Even if you are sure that you are typing the correct username and password, if you still cannot log into the library databases, go to Campus IT's Change My Password site (located in the header "Campus Links") and follow the onscreen directions to check and then change your password.

If you have tried to change your password and still are having difficulties please contact the IT Help Desk or Benner Library.
