Faculty Scholarship and Curriculum Vitae
Faculty Meeting/Discussion Support Articles:
Resource Link Creator - Add a prefix to library resource URL links to enable off campus access. This tool creates a version of a URL link for library database articles that you and your off-campus students can use from home or other off-campus location.
For help with Digital Commons and other faculty scholarship and publishing projects, contact the Digital Initiatives Librarian.
Digital Commons can also host conferences. If your department would like to host a professional conference online, contact the Digital Initiatives Librarian for details. For an example, see Scholar Week 2016.
Publish open access versions of your already published scholarship in the University's institutional repository, Digital Commons or publish your scholarship here first, if you like. Click here to view DC content by scholarship domains.

Guide to Linking to Articles & eBooks
This How-To-Guide can help you create syllabi links to library database articles that you want your students to read. Following this process will help you avoid having to write for copyright permission.
Suggest Purchases for Library Materials
All faculty are invited to suggest materials to add to the library's collection. Submit your suggestions here.
Other Library Services for Faculty
View Items on Reserve - Library Reserve is controlled, time-restricted checkout for paper research materials, which students may retrieve at the main circulation desk. Checkout periods may be 2 hours, 2 days or 7 days, depending on the professor's choice.
To schedule library instruction or to request an assignment-specific class guide, contact the Instructional Services & PR Librarian. To schedule a library workday or instruction session, you may also use the Room Reservation form. Please note, this form will generate a request which will be reviewed and approved by Jasmine Cieszynski (traditional undergraduate courses) or Pam Greenlee (SGCS).
