Q: What is the difference between the library databases and the Web

A. Most of the time, library databases are much more reliable than information that you find on the Web. It is much easier to find scholarly articles and information on library databases, and it is much easier to refine your searches. Professors prefer articles that are found through scholarly databases becuase their legitimacy can be easily verified.
